In the Spring of 1983, Ginny Kurva, is a twenty-one year old, alcoholic prostitute working Times Square in order to care for her paraplegic younger sister. Nicolette Aster, is a middle-aged waste management executive at a landfill who moonlights as a cannibalistic killer, and has begun stalking Ginny. But Ginny is far more dangerous than she appears, and poses just as much a threat to Nicolette.
